God’s New Avenues

People used to learn about God by going to church 20 or 30 years ago. Then, TV evangelism started and people seemed to watch tv ministers. Then a few of them got into some trouble (as you may recall) and all of a sudden over the past decade or two, church attendance has dropped off.

It is my belief that many of today’s ministers don’t tell the story of hope, redemption, of lost love and love re-found well enough…we tell it the way the story worked 30 or 40 years ago. A new generation is not listening. Not everyone likes the brick building, being somewhere at 11:00 on Sunday, dressing up, smiling at everyone like life is fine…but life is not fine for most people.

Tonight I am learning how to deal with Internet files and PHP and HTML and resizing images so that I can post up to www.storyology.org some new videos. God is teaching. The videos are awesome.

I am finding that I am have to learn the voice of a new generation and it’s not found at the traditional church – it’s on the Internet and on Facebook to a large degree. I want to bring new life to this generation through stories.

Check out the new 7 videos and let me know what you think.
